haha yea i was confused about that also .. i thought anabolic kitchen was a part 2 or something.. glad to see this book is a hit .. couldnt happen to a better guy .. people who dont got this book GO BUY IT .. u dont know what u missing !

By far the best cookbook I've ever had, and I've had over 10. My girl loves it too, we take turns making dinner for the other, and we haven't had anything that wasn't great yet.

The shakes section has been a personal favorite of mine. I go a little overboard with them.
