We know we've been promising this for so long we don;t even want to talk about it anymore. But believe me, when it's out, you'll know. And it'll be awesome.

GUARD is EVERYTHING you need while "on" and of course you can take it year round. Or, you can mix and match. For example, when you do GUARD you can still add DX7, but you won't need a full dose. When you're "off' you should use BRIDGE, but if you want to do a half dosage of GUARD, that'll work too.

We recommend using everything as directed, but as you go along you can experiment and customize and see what works best for you.

TOTAL BS as far as delivering more GH. But Alpha GPC has been shown to increase GH OUTPUT at times when it is secreted naturally -- i.e. during intense exercise. It's an ingredient in BRIDGE.
