He said today on the phone to go ahead and tell the truth. I wanted it private but what ever.
He is not working a long job! He made a severly foolish mistake and is now dealing with the consequences.he will be back any where from 1 month to 4 1/2 months.
Keep his k stack growing so he can return to elite happy as hell. The one thing he wanted was to be on the leader board and i think he would appreciate it when he returns.

I shouldnt laugh but that did make me smile a little bit. No he did not.In all the years he has never got caught.
He hit a little bitch boy back in march and broke the kids jaw (dont know if you recall but the kid was responsible for needto's bro getting left on side of road to die).Well the little punk wants nothing but money money and more money. In order to get money he had to press charges. Needto was already on probation and violated that and has to serve his 6 month suspended sentence!

Well that isn't to say other people in Canada wouldn't get a more harsh penalty. I knew he was in jail the second I read this. I've been there too.

hahahha not on second offense of assault and battery. He prolly would have walked away with nothing but he violated probation and a suspended sentence of 6 months. We atleast got this one dropped to a misdomeanor as the first original one is felony. The little bitch boy (victim) lied his ass off because he is trying to sue both needto and need2's father. Had the nerve to on top of getting need2 in jail and sueing he asked if we would pay med bills. Screw that 1. he is young in college should be on moms plan and 2. let the law suit money pay it. I aint payin shit

I got Malicious wounding with intent to maim harm or kill. I was facing 50 years but I got the charge reduced to a misdemeanor and got 3 months of house arrest, 4 months no license, and 50 hrs. of community service. No prior charges. And I spent 5 days in jail before my court date.

probably not. I know here in MA u get charges up the ass like that. Victim and witness fees, head trauma, and a few other costs. I think they just like making people pay for the hell of it!

I was only charged because in VA 3 or more people committing a crime is gang related/ organized crime and there was three of us. I didn't get possession of alcohol charges though. And we got a felony charge cause a BB gun is considered a lethal weapon in VA and it isn't in most states. Talk about getting fucked over.

Some times the law can really be messed up when chargin people with crimes. Innocent people have to get slammed but the people who are guilty walk around freely.

Just file counter charges and his attorney will explain to him he's better off agreeing to mutually drop charges unless he wants to risk his own conviction.

His attorney did not suck. He got the 6 months because it was suspended from a previous charge. Attorney had no say in it, it was up to probation dept and his p.o is a cock smoocher!
Yes now that he is sentenced I am sure he has priv to the comp but how good will it look with him on a steriod site in jail??? LOL. I am sure he will pop up on his board or whatever.

Well he is suposed to be. But they have a placement here for people with short non serious sentences. He can go there, and most likely get the bracelet in 30 days.
But if he were to stay in the county jails he would do 3-4 1/2 months. Out in 3 months on parole if they allow it, if they deny then he would be out in 4 1/2 months because of good time.

The last I knew the kid had his jaw wired shut.He looked fine yesterday at the trial. Police reports say he had to get surgery on it, but who knows. He asked for 3800 in medical bills though and we are not yet sure of the cost from the lawsuit yet.

county. Hoping he will transfer to the cac (correction alternative center) by wed of next week.There he can wear his own clothes and work and get 4 hour visits where we can tough and go for walks on the 4 acre property with the kids and stuff. Then after he goes there i am hoping they will let him out with the bracelet. The only positive thing is that I have a card in my pocket. The county sherrif grew up as my dads best friend. He is well aquinted with my family and helps out all the time.So we shall see where this all will go next week. The jail he is in is to house 990 inmates. They are over the limit and even have guys in a "voc" with no bathrooms,sinks,or showers. They have an inspection fri so I know they will be sending alot of people out.

I dunno. A friend of mine in Ontario was jumped by two punks. He hit one of them once and the other one twice, in self-defense, just enough to put them down. Both required hospitalization. (Friend weighs over 275, punks were a pair of 150-pounders most likely.) He was a bouncer, they jumped him as he was walking to his car to go home after his shift, apparently he had kicked them out of the bar earlier.

He was charged with "Use of Excessive Force" and was looking at 9 months jail time, even though there were reliable witnesses who corroborated his story.

they told me no books allowed or cash and I could only bring along white underwear and socks
having arrived early I had time to go to bargain tree
bought a 6 pack of socks and Ts and a long sleeve white T-shirt

and you could only bring in what you could wear
so I doubled up my socks and underwear
and entered with my long sleeve T and a short sleeve beneath

I wasn't in there 2 minutes and head nigger offered me 2 candy bars for my long sleeve T
after I got released too

When I walked in at 2 a.m. in the morning I guess the child molester next to me thought it was a green light for an intense jerking session. Well, I'm walking in the cell block, my cell is the last one there and I'm looking through all the ones as I walk by to scope out my competition. I look in an the kid is completely jerking off like no other and I saw it. I just turned my head and the guard walked me into my cell. I cried myself to sleep.

we managed to cover that damn vent pretty good
and then they did a search and made us scrape off that TP
and found a bottle of pickle juice that was about 2 months old "hidden" in a ceiling hole
man that shit smelled gross
and the crew scored a victory

That same child molester the next day was named Jerry Lee. No joke. About 5'5", brown greasy hair, buck teeth, thick glasses, greasy skin and a lisp or studder. Anyways, we got a snack every night before it was time to enter our cells for the night. The first night it was a trail mix. Jerry Lee was sitting at my table cause he followed me everywhere. He finished picking out his favorite parts of the trail mix until nothing was left except peanuts. He looks at me and says, "Want my nuts?" Mitch, another black kid playing cards says, "Shut the fuck up Jerry, he isn't dumb enough for your tricks." I entered my cell and cried myself asleep. Again.

I hadn't seen myself in days cause my mirror was a shiny piece of melted welded onto the wall. Could barely see myself. I came out and looked like a different person.

I was in a dorm of 48
subdivided into groups of 12
and I spent 21 of 24 hours locked in with the 12

we had a TV in the dorm mounted really high up
of course we had to angle the deputy to put the channel on we needed
I went in on a sunday and had bet a bunch of karma on cincinnati for sunday night
I'm not shitting you either
they had a board up too
