Needto -forged extreme mass question..

I was using up an old Amazon.com gift card before it expired and low and behold Amazon was selling Forged Extreme Mass and it qualified for free shipping, so I got one to add to my stock

I am guessing that all 3 compounds are of usual high quality?

What is the dosage of each compound, the label just says "proprietary blend"- just in case I might want to add a little something to the mix.

I am assuming you just take 2 per day, 1 am & 1 pre-workout?
