hi ,i havent heard many people hear mention needsizes 5x5 routine which was very popular on here a few years ago,the principal being 5x5 same weight ,adding weigh each week,plus two sets of 8-10 reps each bodypart.now all the 5x5 threads are 5x5 but going up in weight EACH SET!DOESNT SEEM AS EFFECTIVE AS NEEDSIZES AS IT IS JUST ANOTHER VERSION OF YOUR AVERAGE PYRAMID SETS,any thoughts?is needsizes outdated??
