okay, here is a sample of a routine, and remember this is contest training, offseason structural stuff is 100% different

leg extensions 1 strip set
leg press 4x15-25 reps
lunges 3x10-12

You can see this one is a lot of high reps, and the strip set is 5 drops, so you cant even walk when you are done that first set. But then the next week, I started with 3x5, 1x15 on the squat, and went from there, so that week I was training heavy. So its never the same 2 weeks in a row, in fact, I havent even done two similar routines in the last 6 weeks

thanks, too be honest, I havent been real happy with my progress since the last show, it will be so much better once I get to the offseason with this trainer...I cant wait
and the job thing is no big deal, I love kids

its actually a little less per month that I am paying, and considering her calibre, and I get my routines, diet, drug advice, and bi weekly adjustments to everything, its a great deal
I just want to get to offseason with her, every guy I know that worked with her made awesome mass gains, way better than I ever have on my own
