Need2slin effective dose?

When I tested the product, I was told to use 6 caps a day, spread in 3 doses. Of course the results were amazing!!!

But russianstar said that 3 caps a day spread in 3 doses would be enough as an effective dose. So I'm wondering, has anybody tried it at 3 caps a day with the same results? I can't wait to use it again, but I'd like to hear other experiences before I start with a different dose this time.

I guess I'm going to front load a few days at 6 caps a day, then go with 3 a day.

i use it 20min before breakfast, between my pwo drink in next meal, and before bed. It works perfect!
Front loading would be a waste in my opinion! It'snot Eq

I used it as russianstar directed the last couple of weeks I used it and could not really tell a bunch of diffrence. Seemed to be a lil more energetic at the higher dose. Rach may have a valid point with here post about bodyweight.

It is really awesome. I love this shit. And I really needed it now because I was fucking starving lately eating almost zero carbs. With need2slin, I can add carbs and use them as fuel for muscles...

Need2Slin is awesome, I personally like the higher doses for the better glycogen storage properties.
