Yes, it is good stuff. I use it and tanning to help control acne. It does not dry the shit out of my skin so I do no peel and look nasty. I like it!

I havent used it yet but twhats in it will deff help acne. I use apple cider vinager and a pepermint organic hemp coconut castell soap and it helps acne, but somtimes in spring and fall i break out a bit more. i am going to try this one out in fall i think.

.no new acne or black heads or anything since I've been using it. this stuff works wonders.I'm very happy with it.
