My goal is to be at 15% body fat in 18 weeks while keeping as much muscle as possible. Should I change anything in order to reach this goal? Is there any chance I have enough time to continue bulking?
My Stats are:
Hight - 5'9
Weight - 186lb
Body fat - 22-23%
Intake per day, Sun through Sat
Calories - 2664.6 to 2824.6
Fat - 46.5g
Carbs - 278.6
Sodium - 1.9g
Protien - 301g
BMR = 1,758
TDEE = 2725
Please let me know if I should add any additional information.
