Well, I was at spring practice on Tuesday doing agility drills (football). We were jumping over a series of dummy bags, 1 foot in between each bag. I guess I came down wrong on the outside of my foot. Landed and seering burning pain shot into my leg. It swelled up to about the size of a golf ball pretty damn quick. I went to the trainer yesterday, got my evaluation. It's a pulled Tibialis Anterior. I'm out for at least a week from any cardio or lower body lifting. I'm trying to get the trainer to let me ride the stationary bike through the pain, but we'll see how that goes. I'm almost into my 4th week of my EQ cycle (adding winny in a week). I'll still be hitting upper body in the weight room though, just pissed.
