Need to end cycle just 1 week in, please help!

So I've just started a cycle at the beginning of this week but theres now a good chance I may need an operation on my knee and obviously don't want to be on cycle when im off my feet. Just wondering if any PCT or anything else would be required/beneficial?
Started Monday with dbol everyday, shooting Test/Tren on weds and sundays. So have had a weeks worth of dbol but only shot Test/Tren once.

Advice would be much appreciated!!!
