Need to drop bodyfat

i would like to lose around 50-60lbs in 6 months. just wanted to know how much cardio do you do, how many days of lifting and how strict is your diet, i also will be using epedrine, caffeine, asprine stack, i am 40 years old was into it when i was in my twentys and early thirtys but got very lazy and it seems alot harder to do now than before 6ft 280lbs 30%-35%bf any info on this subject will be greatley apprecited thanks
 
Lift 3 times a week cardio 3 times a week do Compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, bench, clean and press. Super setting works really well too as far as diet goes cut back on carbs and make sure the carbs you eat are eather whole grain or veggies. Make sure the food you put into your self if clean no junk food (you are what you eat).

No offense but I wouldn’t use ephedrine weighing 280 at 40 years old. You’ll have a heart attack. Too stressful on the heart having that much weight to carrying around while you’re heart is going triple time. Do it in stages, eat clean, cardio, I wouldn’t take sups

I agree^^. I'd start by getting your diet and exercise program in order and once you get down in body fat, if you need to use and ECA stack, then re-consider. I'd start by determining your maintenance level for calories, subtract 500 and get an eating plan set up. Without having your diet on point, the impact of an ECA stack (I'd drop the A) will be minimal, imo. Good luck! :)
 
Ya stay away from ECA stacks you will have an attack, just have a super clean diet (LOTS OF LEAN PROTEIN AND VEGGIES) and stay away from starch carbs like bread pasta rice but if you eat them make sure they are whole grain. As for training what was stated above it perfect compound lifts supersetted with easyer compound lifts and as you get stronger you can superset with harder lifts. I personally lost 70lbs last year in under 7 months I was 220lbs and went to 150lbs just from running lifting and watching my diet. As of today Ive put on 15lbs of muscle or more and lost a little more fat. I did take Meltdown for a little but then again Im 20. Good luck
