i would like to lose around 50-60lbs in 6 months. just wanted to know how much cardio do you do, how many days of lifting and how strict is your diet, i also will be using epedrine, caffeine, asprine stack, i am 40 years old was into it when i was in my twentys and early thirtys but got very lazy and it seems alot harder to do now than before 6ft 280lbs 30%-35%bf any info on this subject will be greatley apprecited thanks
