hi everyone.my history...im 5 ft tall female.all my life i was pretty small.118 tops.....i got up to 158 about 3 yrs ago.ditched the depressing ex husband and lost alot of weight...i have been working out steady for 6 months now and have been using hyroxycut...my workouts : 3 days a week sometimes 4..i do weight training first 30-40 minutes followed by 30-40 cardio..i am now down to 128 and a size6/8 but i am wanting to drop another 8-10 lbs quickly.....any advice for a quick way to do it?? im stuck here it seems.........
