need tips for my next cycle.

My main goal is to get cut and gain at least four to six pounds of lean muscle on my next cycle. I won't be able to do this for 2 months because I've just done a cycle and I'm trying to fully recover which doesn't seem to be a problem right now. so I'm just planning.

I plan on using prop test but I don't know if I should do 100mg or 150mg every two days or just EOD. Also I plan on stacking it with winny but don't know if I should go with 50mg or more. The cycle will only last 6 weeks. I would pretty much use the same pct novladex and clomid for 4 to 5 weeks.

So what do you think am I good to go? and should I still eat a high calorie diet with plenty of green vegetables and fruit to cut?
 
last cycle was just test-ENTHALATE. I didn't like how it took to long and in how much bloat it gave me. This is why i want to do prop because its quick in acting and the pct would be a quick recovery. The winny should reduce my water or fat retention.
 
Agreed on the 8 weeks, 6 weeks just a little too short IMO...EOD pins should do you well...

Your goals are gonna come from your diet and training.....training should be a lot of supersets, maybe some interval training....what's your diet gonna be like when you start..

For PCT see my 1st post, you won't be disappointed...

Let's see that diet, tho...

8 weeks to me seems like I'm pushing it, are you sure I'll still recover fast? I don't want to do tbol because I'm afraid of possible gyno issue that it can have. I'll drop the winny and possibly do var instead, but what are the dosage on that? I want to combine the test and var in one shot so I don't have too keep adding more days of pinning myself. I couldn't do so much interval training in my last cycle because of the bloat. I'll try to eat maybe around the 4000 calories mark for six week and then go down in the last two weeks to cut down.

I think you need a little more education...

Interval training has nothing to do with bloat...it's when you do a set of resistance training (or superset) then immediately do 5 minutes of high intesnity cardio....back to resistance, back to cardio, etc...

Var is oral (there is injectable var, but stick with the oral)
