need sources of dextrose

I am gonna get some dextrose for post workout. Problem is, I am also getting a 1000g tub of micronized creatine. The dextrose is gonna be used with the creatine and for post workout (dextrose+whey).
Because of this, i need to find an online site that will ship to france and that carries both products. When i search these sites for dextrose all I get is a bunch of cell-tech pages. I cannot order from 2 separate sites as I would have to pay for 2 intl. shippings- something that I cannot afford, being a student.
1) Someone hook me up with sources.
I am thinking of AST micronized creatine for 29$.

2) If I cannot find dextrose online at a cheaper price than proteinfactorys ripoff (2.49 a pound), do you know if dextrose/glucose is available at any farmacy in the streets?

3) If not, how expensive is malto dextrin? 100g of this has 93 g carbs - and I would take 200g a day because of creatine and post workout. I have a feeling it's gonna burn a whole in my wallet if I use malto dextrin.

Whatsup bro? Believe it or not there are a lot of all-sugar candies that's #1 ingredient is dextrose. I think Sweettarts might be one. Maybe Sprees I dont know go and check it out for yourself. I know that in my local supermarket there is a candy called 'Dextrose' ... which is just all sugar. Cell-Tech as I am sure you know uses dextrose as their main ingredient. Too expensive though...

I am assuming that your talking about malodextrin powder. Its fairly cheap I bought a big 2-3 lbs. jug for around $20 I think. It was unflavored and its just powder but you can mix it with different things.

You can actually buy maltodextrin at stores that sell home-brewery ingredients (beer shops). Malto is used as some fermentation intermediate in brewing. In the US, it runs pretty cheap, around a dollar per pound.

My last dextrose supplier was International Molasses, a confection company. They sold me 50# of the stuff for less than $30. Not a bad price.

As chillin said, SweetTart contain only dextrose and maltodextrin as carbs. They are the only candy I have found that uses this combination. I can get a roll (50g) for $0.33 at the supermarket. That comes to about $3.00 per pound, but it is good if you have no other source of post-workout carbs.
