Need some veteran advice please!!

I know steroids are no joke, I've done my research but I want the perspective of the people who actuall manufacture these products (anyone can chime in though).

I'm just finishing up an anavar+liquid albuterol cycle next week (first cycle just to test the waters to see how my body reacts to a steroid), went pretty well so far, starting weight was 213 I'm about 218 now, my lifts have gone up like crazy, bench went up 50 pounds in 8 weeks. One thing a friend told me that is true is anavar is GREAT for the upper body. I've seen the most mass added on my arms, shoulders, traps, and sort of chest. Anyways, I want to be SHREDDED by next summer, I'm willing to do whatever it takes.

I'm 23, bf% is pretty high, decent muscle mass but not too much. My tentative plan is to cut over the 8 month winter so I'll have a low bf% although I'll probably lose muscle in the process which I really don't want. My dream body is the guy on the left in these 2 pics

My 2nd cycle I will be starting in April 2012, assuming I can cut to 10-12% bf with a bit of muscle (6'1 maybe 190 pounds), assuming training and diet are exactly where they need to be, what cycle should I run? Test+var+??, I want that lean shredded look and I'm willing to do whatever it takes I am quite serious about this. Thanks so much for your advice people.

LOL.

What is your BF% now you kind of dodged that. Also, what are you doing in the gym, how many days a weeks etc. Ab's are made in the kitchen as the old saying go's so don't expect to pop a magical pill and be shredded and stay that way. Your diet needs to be spot on. Also those guys look pretty mosexual.
 
if you are high bf% you wont lose muscle with a good diet and some decent supps. spend the next few months reading the diet boards and the training boards. focus you effort their not here for now. then stick to that diet and training for 6 months and see where you are at. if you can maintain a good diet and a good routine for 6 months you will be in a much better position.

Yea I'll be in school for 8 months stearting september and know that I won't be able to train as much as I'd like so running any compound makes no sense for the time being that's why I'm just planning ahead.

My bf% is probably somewhere in the 20's, but I already mentioned that I'm going to spend the next 8 months eating a cutting diet and try to get down to 10-12% (naturally). I just want to know assuming that I get my bf% to where I want it what compounds would help me pack on lean high quality muscle making me look more shredded because if I cut now when I'm down to 10% I wont be a skinny myspace phag but I won't have too much muscle, I'm 6'1 215 pounds 16" arms.
 
What your dream body might be is irrelevant. You work, train, diet, supplement, and enhance for maximum muscle with the least amount of fat and you get what you get.

Tell you what come back after those 8 months and/or when you have your body fat below 15%.
 
you really need to find or make time to train while you are at school. It needs to be just as much as a priority as studying, going to class, eating, breathing. I mean you can reach almost any goal w/ 4 hrs of training a week and Im sure if you are focused and dedicated you can find 4hrs a week to train.

you should look to lose about 1lb per week while cutting. Keep a log, photo and written, of everything you eat/drink and weight yourself weekly. That will make success very easy.

FYI, at 6'1" and 190lbs at 10% BF means your about 170lbs lean mass. At 6'1" thats not much mass at all.

Slow and steady wins the race. Since it doesnt sound like your much interested in mass, You should be able to work out about an hour 5 days a week combining compound strength movements with some high intensity metabolic conditioning work and meet your goals with a clean diet at your age.
 
I would def. Agree and say diet a bit more and get down to the 14% level calculated, then think about cycling. That will take a good 6 months. You will like the look much better , promise. Have you had your body fat calculated legitely by a dietician or is this an educated guess. Because if you think your about 21%, you need to add 3-5% more. Dude in all honesty, doing abs in the gym is a complete waste unless you have a serious diet to make them show. Diet is far more important than even doing cardio. You would be surprised by actually portioning 6 meals a day with 3 being protein shakes, how fast you will lose the weight. BE strict and reward yourself with 1, not a day but 1 cheat meal per week. Ask yourself before you eat something, is this cheating? Youll be thinner quick and ready put some meat on the ole bones!!

sounds like you need a entire plan laid out for you bro. Diet, chemical enhancement, training and the whole 9 yards. You have not narrowed down what you need so looks like you are looking for the entire package. If so its not easy finding some one who can give you all this let alone some one who knows it all and your goals. Contact me if you like I know I can help///
