Need some new work out music. I want hard rock

Megadeth, Alice in Chains, Smashing Pumpkins, Pantera, Black Sabbath, STP, NIN, White Zombie, Tool, Danzig

Those were just a few off the top of my head...

Well i just looked at a few play list from what i put on my mp3 player that i take tothe gym it's more of mix of alternative rock and rock

but i keep some old rap on hand
the whole chronic cd, nwa (fuck the police ,100miles and running), public enemy ,
For some reson public enemies "terrordome" gets me lifting hard.

thatbeat in the back ground just puts me into a zone where i really dont even feel pain.

I think music is very powerful.I have noticed when I forgot my player in A hurry out the door I had the shitiest work outs.

NiN has been a workout staple since back in the day before MP3s

And, of course, not sure what I was thinkin' yesterday when I didn't add that, along with NiN, it's Rollins Band and Placebo that keep me goin strong

Soundgarden fans will love this:

Not sure what the intro is all about, its not part of the song.

Chris Cornell should sue.
