Need some LEG growth!!!

Could you fellas help me out? Legs today.....need some advice...

SQUATS X BAR X 12,
THEN 1 @12, 1 @10, 2 @ 8, 1 @ 6, 1 @ 5

STR8 LEG DEADS
60X6, 70X6, 80X6, 90X6, 100 X 6 (ON EACH SIDE)

HACK SQUAT
1 X 12
1 X 10
2 X 8

LEG PRESS
4 SETS W/ LAST SET BEING X20 REPS

LEG CURL X3
LEG EXT. X 3

How long have you been training and what are your stats? That looks like alot of volume. Maybe less volume and higher intensity for a while and see if that changes anything. Bottom line is, if something isn't working, change it. You may have to experiment a little to see what works best for you. I'd start with there though.

On squats day, I do JUST squats. Sometimes calf raises.

I begin with self myofascial release (the foam roller) and stretch during and after my workout. I pyramid up in weights and do 1-2, usually 2, sets at my heaviest weight.

I dl on another day.

I also do snatches and push presses on other days, so i get a good amount of hip/leg work in.

definitely need lower volume and higher intensity. I know for myself DC's workout is very intense for legs. Its basically one heavy set that you can get 4-8 reps on and then another set that u can bang out 15-20 reps. check out DC's workout or needsize's 5x5 i know people who have done both and had lots of success

Just an observation... but why do you want to throw SLDL in right after squats? And then go back to quad work? When I work quads, I work quads and finish them completely before moving on. What is the logic here?

Also, I would not take me reps under 8 unless I was training purely for strength. (which I am not). Then, leg presses AND hacks? That is too much in my opinion.

I would do 6 sets of squats, 10-8 reps. 3-4 sets of either leg presses or hacks, 10 reps

Then a power stretch movement like is described in the DC stretching method for quads... or either sissy squats. Though I do my sissy squats on a horizontal Cybex squat machine... in a very weird way that looks absolutely silly but hits the outer sweep better than anything.

From there, I would go in the hamstring training. If I did hamstrings that day. Though I tend to train them on a different day from quads.

Too much volume. Alternate between hacks and leg press. One workout, do leg press. On the next, do hacks. Ditch the leg extensions. And work the parts in ORDER! Why are Deadlifts mixed in with quads and then leg curls are done later?
 
Relax....there is NO order police.......sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.......thanks for the help though....I agree, too much volume....
