Need some inspiration from <10% bf guys

About to start my cutter in two weeks and although I have a goal in my head it is only to do with numbers. My goal is to drop from about 11%bf to 7-8%bf.

My stats are: 24, 5'10", 188lbs, 11%bf

What I'm wanting is an idea of what I may look like.

Can you please post pics or direct me to them if you are roughly my height and weight but 7-8%bf. Then I can have a vision and a goal for my body.

You'll just look a little smaller in baggy clothes, but much bigger at the beach with a tan.
 
i was born with a natural 5-6% bf... i can eat how much potatochips and burgers i like.. i can't gain weight.. but, i can gain muscels easy.. so, there you have it haha:)
 
I"m around 8% in my avatar... I'm 9.8% last check... January wasn't good to me. Too much stress (I eat when stressed... not healthy either).
What I generally hear from people is that I am looking "massive"... LOL. Yet when I bulk.. no one ever mentions that.
 
There are pics of me all over the place. I'm just over 5'10 and walk around at 175-180, and do shoots at about 170-172. Bodyfat stays at roughly 6-7% although there are a few pics of me at 5% and about 168lbs. That sounds skinny, and it is, but I get lots of compliments when I am under 175. Train for pound for pound strength and quality muscle. I don't even think about size. I could care less if I look muscular in clothes. I like a chiseled face, and at 6% I have that. Anyway, if you are my bodytype some of those pics might give you an idea of what you would look like.

BTW, if you are wondering how my bf stays consistent although my weight changes, its water manipulation. I dehydrate a touch before any photo shoots or films.

What kind of cycle do you plan on running?
 
Paul - You and are about the same stats, I am a couple BF points higher so it will be interesting to compare our results as I am going on a cutter.


Slat - you look less than 8% in that avatar, more like 6%. Don't forget, calipers, if that's what you used could be off.

And to take a point from Khemix, rips are what look good and what the ladies want. There are a ton of guys on this site with good size and huge stats, but what I have come to realize is that it doesn't matter to women all that much, or people in general. Like Slats says, he only gets size compliments when he's not bulking. That is why I am trying to go from 13% to 7%, because it will make a world of difference.

What I wrote just there above is the theory for why some women say Justin Timberlake is "jacked" :lmao:

From 13-14% to get down is going to be so much hard work and sweat.....I can't wait for this challenge, I've never been cut in my life, always good size around 12%. It is time for a change, I'm 26 for goodness sakes!!!!! :evil:
 
Hit it hard and don't cheat on the diet!
I am on my way back down... I want to get to 6 or 7% again. I am only eating 6 times a day.. down from 9!!!
It will be well worth the clean food, cardio and everything else you put into it!!
