need some help

hey guys know you prob get these questions all the time... i am at work and cant really search around the website for answers right now and im really curious. i am 24 and i am 6'5 and weigh about 250lb. i am in decent shape as far as healthy and work out moderately. i am kinda flabby... like really not alot of muscle mass in my chest or stomach. not sure what my bf is. i heard that i could take a cutting steroid like win... or prim.? just wandering what you think i should take? i know i need to lose the weight and turn it into muscle.. just kinda need some clearing up for me. thanks very much!

Steroids are no miracle drug nor do they cut, you need a good diet and training regimen.
you're either dedicated or you're not.
Steroids are the last thing you should be thinking.


Get off your butt and do morning cardio on an empty stomach 12hrs after your last meal,that will melt the fat off.
then evening weight training.
eat wholesome foods not processed.and last but not least drink alot of water gets lots of protein,muscle needs protein to grow.
the more muscle you have the less fat you'll have,fat cannot exist in muscle tissue.

As Radar said...no AS is going to do what you want to do. You have to get focused and make happen what you want to happen. Clean your diet up...hit the iron...hit the road with some good shoes and get it done. At 24 and assuming every thing is normal with you...that flab will melt off of you...if you focus...and you know what I mean.
 
yeah i eat mainly organic i think i just need to kick it up in the gym. i also want to say that i allready take a very low dosage of testerone cause of my low levels and levothyroxine cause i have hypothyroid. so if i were to take anything in future would they effect it?? thanks guys.
 
sorry also what kind of protein should i be taking in. i dont want to load up on whey or someting that will turn to fat. thanks for everything guys i hate being a noobie at something but i guess we all have to go through it, but i am very dedicated now in what i eat and how i look at life. i thought that steroids were a kick off to kickstart everything in to gear and then take it from there.

steroids are not used to start you off to look how you want. You have to get the training and diet down as the first step. Only after these are perfected do you look into AAS. I really dont mean to bust your bubble, but AAS is not what you need right now. Get the diet in check and like RADAR said, do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. Oh and most of the protein you eat should come from natural foods. If you use a shake, whey protein is pretty good.
