i feel i'm doing them wrong when i look in the mirror.. i mean i'm spent after i'm done but i still feel i have wrong form .. anyone got any sites where i could find some informational videos or images with proper form and ways to achieve proper form. thanks in advance.. i'm looking for regular legged.. i can do stiff legged no problem.

You shouldn't be looking in a mirror when you deadlift...at all.

My best deadlift (425x5) was done with an almost stiff leg form because I'm not very flexible. Hopefully if I work on my flexibility my deadlift/squat will improve.

What do you feel is your problem?

i'm pretty sure my stiff legged form is perfect it seems my regular legged just looks awkward i feel like i'm bringing my back too far like as a parrarel to the floor position when i see other people do it on videos it looks clean and when i see my self in the mirror doing it i basically think i look like a moron.. i'm actually gonna go right now and workout my back.. so ill work on my form a little with just the bar..

Look at the ceiling when you do it.
