I am about to start a cutting cycle, but i know i wont get good results unless i have a good diet. I will be taking Winny/equipoise, I am 6'1" 195 lb with 10%bf. I wanna gain a little more mass but i want to get leaner. I Will be doing cardio 3 times a week. Any sugestions will be greatly apreciated.
