Need some help with diet

I am about to start a cutting cycle, but i know i wont get good results unless i have a good diet. I will be taking Winny/equipoise, I am 6'1" 195 lb with 10%bf. I wanna gain a little more mass but i want to get leaner. I Will be doing cardio 3 times a week. Any sugestions will be greatly apreciated.

Just try to eat as clean as possable.I don't agree with cutting out carbs like alot of people do.Ya i mean keep them low but not to low.Speaking for myself i was cutting out alot of carbs in my diet and all it did for me was make me crave in the middle of the night for cereal or whatever plus I started to feel slugish.So now I just try to look at the whole picture meaning I just keep my calories in check weather fat,protein,carbs etc..Since I strted this and stretd to consume more carbs I actually have seen my self getting a much more muscular tone
 
Totally agree with above post.


Cutting Carbs was horrible for me. I couldnt get a pump for shit no matter how high I went and how many super sets I did. All it did was screw up my sleep cycle and tired all the time. ANd on my off day (Sunday) I would just eat an ass load of ice cream or something. I say eat about 7 times a day. For a 200 pound frame ( I am 205) I try for about 40grams carbs,40 grams protien,10-15grams of fat. More Fat and less carbs at night, reverse in the morning.
 
basically very low carb, HIGH protein, moderate fat. thats a good stack u should get shredded. im not sure about what you in paticualr should be doing for a caloric intake though. but just use what i gave u for a base in my first sentence.
