Hey im lookin to gain some mass in my legs but i cant seem to gain any weight. i weigh 175lb and im 6'1". i workout monday, wednesday, friday, and saturday. i want a good explosive workout to gain some speed and strength. my diet could use some work too, i am tryin to eat around 3000 calories a day right now with a 1-2-3 ratio of fats protien and carbs. thanks, any tips and advice help
