Need some help with diet and workout

Hey im lookin to gain some mass in my legs but i cant seem to gain any weight. i weigh 175lb and im 6'1". i workout monday, wednesday, friday, and saturday. i want a good explosive workout to gain some speed and strength. my diet could use some work too, i am tryin to eat around 3000 calories a day right now with a 1-2-3 ratio of fats protien and carbs. thanks, any tips and advice help
 
Could you post up what exactly you're eating per day? This would help a lot.

If you want explosiveness then invest into your future by doing all of the Olympic Lifts, Squats, Deads, and any other dynamic movement based exercise.
 
Agree with Rick on this one! you gotta put in blood,sweat & tears to get results!
