Need some help retaining water

I just started a new cycle with tes took two cc and 1 cc of prop on a Monday I have never taken prop , the following Monday I took 2 cc of prop I cc of tes I also have Ben taking hgh .5 a day and added some anavar. I added about 14 lbs in 2 weeks. I have not taken any since last Monday I'm so bloated any help,thanks

So does diet, so eat clean. Drop soda and any kind of junk-fast food.
