Hi, new member here.
I've been working out for 3 years and I am 21 years old, i've researched and taken quite a few supplements which have given me good gains over the past few years (Whey, Creatine, L-Glut., L-Arg.). I'm 5'9 and my original weight was 141 lbs at 13% BF, I am now 185 lbs at 15%. I am finding it very difficult to gain more mass and have reached a plateau. My diet is 4000+ with a balanced macronutrient composition (~50:30:20). I am considering carrying out my first cycle, I plan to:
Dbol - 30mg E.D - Week 1 - 4
Test E - 500mg E.W - Week 2 - 6 *
Arimidex - 1mg E.D - Week 2 - 6
Nolvadex - 20mg E.D - Week 6 - 9
* The only thing I am unsure about is, since I am 21 will I still need to take the Test E or is my body producing enough testosterone in the first place.
