need some first time help

I am 43 and need to put some good muscle mass on for for job. It is time to give steroids a chance. For those experienced is there something that can be taked that does not aromatize or have gyno issues. I want to do 1 cycle to see what really be accomplished.
It was mentioned a cycle of straight testosterone would be the way to start as I would not need to take anything else with it. Is there any truth to this.

In the gym for for just over a year. First 3 months 3x week now workout 4 days
Had bulked to 170 broke my hand now back to 165, 3 months off because of it.

Many aas beginner cycles are test only. I would say test E for beginners because they dont have to pin as frequent but thats a personal preference. There are oral cycles you can run with limited to no aromatize that you could look into. You also should know everyone responds differently as some people stack many aas compounds and experience little side effects while some are very responsive and gyno prone. Depending on goals and what your comfortable with trying will make the choice a little more specific
 
I'm 5'8 about 170...40 y.o.

Big difference is that I am around 10 % BF. I make this point cuz you are asking for major trouble running anything right now.

And 3 months off means you've really only been training 9 months. 9 months is nowhere near enough time.
 
Hey Bro,

At 20% bodyfat your going to be more at risk of sides. Also with only a year in the gym you have very little of a base to build on.

First off ensure your diet and training are on point. Then focus on bringing your body fat down to below 15%.

Once your at that point review things from there.
 
Your bf is too high for sure. I would look into sarms to get your feet wet as a introduction into AAS. GW Cardarine and Ostarine are two options for you. GW alone will really help you to shred some of that fat. Checkout www.sarms1.com

Look into running like a T3/Clen cycle. With a huge emphasis on weight loss. I would try to drop down to at least 14% before you decide to put on a ton of muscle. After that think about a Test E/ Oral Winnie cycle (or start with this if your actually determined) DONT FORGET PCT and ON CYCLE maintenance. It will help you stay lean and not pack on a ton of weight. That is what you want to hear.

Now the real answer which has already been supplied. Your just not ready yet. 20% bf shows that you don't have a good diet. Being 5'9 and 165 shows your no where near your non gear limits. Especially since your only 132lbs (of lean muscles) you sound skinny fat. What you need to do is lean out. Change your diet at your size you should be able to put on muscle while shedding fat. Try to get yourself to about 180 at sub 12% bf then people will be much more likely to help you out.
 
Thanks guys for all the info and suggestions. Have a couple of things to work on by the sounds of it. I will be back when that is in control.
