Ok just got my blood work in and here are the results:

LH - 3.0 Range 1.5 - 9.3 mIU/mL
FSH - 1.1 Range 1.6 - 8.0 mIU/mL
Estradiol - 49 Range <52 pg/mL
Prolactin - 8.3 Range 2.0 - 18.0 ng/mL
Progesterone - 0.8 Range <1.4 ng/mL

Total Test - 538 Range 260 - 1000 ng/dL

Free Test - 80.9 Range 50 - 210 pg/mL
% Free - 1.5 Range 1.0 - 2.7%

Ok so my LH and FSH are to low. Also I am not happy with my free T I would like to get it in the upper 1/3 of the range. Maybe you guys could help me, I am thinking of doing a full blown PCT. One that comes to mind is Anthony Roberts PCT (HCG/Nolva/Aromasin). Anyone have any experience with this PCT? Any other advice would be greatly appreciated!

Your Estrogen is way too high for you to have a good T/E ratio. Are you having any gyno symptoms?

One thing that most Endo's and docs will not check for is DHT. Men need DHT, and it is a much more powerfull androgen than is plain T. As such DHT has a lot to do with sexual performance and sex drive.

Are you taking any BPH or hair loss meds? These meds can really mess with your DHT levels. Not many urologists will tell you this but when a man has high levels of E2, he is vulnerable to estrogen related prostate problems. In Europe, Urologists will measure E2 and not just PSA and they will prescribe Andractim (androstanalone) if E2 prostate problems are taking place. I wish that the FDA would pull their heads out of the big drug companies hind end and get this product on the shelves here in the US. If it is safe enough for Germany, France, Britan, and Japan, i think it is safe enough for US men with Hypogonadisim.

Are you just coming of a "cycle" ? Are you currently taking exogenous T of any sort? Are you on any psychotropic medications? While your prolactin levels are in mid range, I sure felt alot better when I got mine down a few points. So the point I wish to make is that "being in range" is not really tuning your TRT program for you as an individual.

Overall what are you trying to achieve with TRT or PCT?

First of all, thank you for the reply and info! Interestlingy enough I am not coming off any cycle in fact the last time I touched anything was the summer(tbol/anavar). I am not interested in TRT im only 33 and my feeling is to run a proper PCT protocol to balance my T:E ratio. So it will look something like this:

Aromasin weeks 1-4
Clomid weeks 1-6

I am hoping this should get my estro down and free up some Test. The only thing is Im a bit torn on either running the Clomid or Nolva. I am hearing mixed messages on which to go with. I will tell you in the past when I ran Nolva then got blood work done my FSH was super low, like it is now. I have read others having the same problem. I am leaning towards Clomid!

Oh by the way, yes I am on Cymbalta. I am not on any hairloss meds. Also how does one get their Prolactin levels down a few points.

Dostinex or cubaser is the best for reducing prolactin. These drugs are said to make you into a sexual superman as they cut down the refractory or recovery period quite a bit.

5150 is right, you need to get your Estradiol under control. Second, with your FSH that low you are likely sterile or at least low sperm count. Clomid or HCG may take care of both LH and FSH. Nolva or Adex, or combined with AIFM for the E2.

Yeah Im going to be running HCG/Clomid/AIFM/Proviron for 4 weeks to get this under control. No nolva.

my fsh was alsoright on the border, low.

Why woudl this be??? I thought fsh is not important for men?

I have seen a lot of low fsh counts in men on this and other boards...what is the cause fo this???lifestyle?

I don't know your age or goals. The HRT prescribed drugs you need to achieve top health are:
100 mg of test (I use bio-identical topical)
1 iu HGH injection eod
0.25 a-dex Sun and Thur

Add to this a full body exercise routine with full recouperation and a low simple (fast) carb/high protein diet.

This works for me for ultimate health at 63.

Now, a cycle is another topic and I've done 5 over the last year.
