Need some direction

I am 6'6 268 pounds and 20% body fat. I have been working out consistently for 5 months and have noticed that my upper body has grown stronger and faster than my legs. (I have always been top heavy, as a matter of fact most of my fat is around my mid section) Well anyway, I was hoping that by growing bigger legs I could reduce the amount of fat around my mid section. I have been prioritizing my legs but have not have the type of results I'm looking for.

I have access to:

QualityVet Deca 300mg 10cc

QualityVet Test Cy 200mg 10cc

1) Do you thing now is a good time for this? (or should I shed more BF)

2) can you recommend a good cycle for these products?

Thank you,

I think you should continue to reduce your bodyfat for a while. If you start a cycle now, you may not be too happy with your total bf when you get done....

Chunky,

I tried DNP this year...lost about 7lbs of body fat...but the sweating was HORRIBLE. You will sweat all day every day...if you work somewhere where you usually don't sweat or it would be embarrasing if you sweat alot....take time off from work...or don't take DNP. Also, DNP is quite a hassle to handle and put into pill form. There are alot of good sites out there for you to read up on it. I'll post some for you later.

cmtuggl,

I work from home so, the sweating will not bother me as much. I would love to learn more about it and would greatly appreciate any leads on this...................

Thanks,

Chunky

I have heard good things about THERMOREXIN, probably one of the best things to try at this time. I would hold off on DNP for now.

why don't you just diet and do cardio...much safer and will make you healthier to boot.....lose the gut then start the juice if you want

DRRman,

I have been running 4 miles a week for the pass 3 weeks on the local High School Track ( shin splints make it harder to do more than that). I have notices changes and feel like I am headed in the right direction. I am just trying to look at all of my options.

BTY: Iam working out 4 on 1 off and this is my diet,

9: am
1/2-cup oatmeal (10g protein)
2 scoops of GNC Whey protein + 1 tbs Flax (40g protein)

10:30 am
Sometimes I have a MRP MYOPLEX (50% protein)
Or, just eat lot's of fruit like 3 peaches and an apple something like that.

12:30 noon
8 oz of Chicken (40g protein)
1 sweet potato (?)

3:30 (pre-workout)
I drink 1/2 of my creatin and glutamine and also take any supplement........

5:30 (post workout)
I drink the other half of my creatin and Glut and:
4 scoops of GNC Whey protein (80g protein)

7:30 pm
8 oz of Chicken (40g protein)
1 sweet potato ( ? )

10:00 pm
2 scoops of GNC Whey protein + 1 tbs Flax (40g protein)

When I started I was at 258 and 27% BF.............................Like I said I am heading in the right direction just what to take it to the next level................I am getting hooked on lifting!

IrishMobBoss,

"I wouldnt use dnp at that weight bro,why not clen much safer"

What do you mean? That Iam too out of shape or the other way around?

Thanks,

Chunky

Man I'm tired of hearing this BS about people should not take steriods while they're a bit overweight...so I'm finally going to make a post on it.

Realize that on a fair diet (not massive eating) and just taking regular test alone will increase your muscle gains more than a legal supplment would...if you do the same lifting with each. It will also (because of the excersise and gains) increase your metabolism. When you have more muscle on your body, your metabolism goes up. Every pound of muscle you have on your body burns about 50 calories per day at rest!!!

On average...just lifting heavy weights you can usually expect gains of 3-5 pounds in 10 to 12 weeks. On test you can gain 20lbs maybe more in the same amount of time w/o putting on much excess fat. BUT even if you do, burning the little excess will be so much easier because you burn calories faster.

...building muscle helps increase bone density!!! Although most sports docs will tell you it's better to do non-heavy lifting to help with shin splints.

It make sence to me that if I have more muscle in my legs, I will burn BF% at a quicker rate.

CM,

What do you think of my cal intacke should I change it up for my cycle?

Your current eating looks ok to me. Infact you could stand to add more. Especially if you get on test. However, you can cut out the creatine and flax...then eat salmon or tuna fish. ...if you do some research you will find several essays and medical docs that will tell you eating salmon or tuna at least 3 times a week will give you more of the fatty acids you want as compared to flax.

If you do get on test you can use the creatine when you come off your cycle to help you retain gains.

...I would also suggest getting the advise of the experienced useres on the board...I've done a TON of research on health, fitness, roids, etc....BUT I probably don't have the most personal experience with steriods as compared to some of the other guys on here.

I know what experts say and what I've done...but I'm sure the experience people like the moderators on this forum and others might have some great advice.

Read what people have to say to get some direction...and then do your own research on it...
