Need some cycle help please....

I will be taking:

50mg anavar ed (pill) weeks 1-8
100 mg winstrol ed (pill) weeks 1-8
1 mg arimidex ed weeks 1-8

Kinda harsh on the liver. How much ALA is needed in a cycle like this and what is the frequency?

My stats:
6'4" 265 lbs 11% bf
this is my 5th cycle

its not that bad. The anavar is easy on your liver. That is a good dose of winny but not out of this world. (and I am "the voice of reason" here!) You are a big man it with it being your 5th cycle it is pretty mild I think. I would take at least 10o0mg of ala a day. If you are worried. Milk thistle would do the job too and be cheaper as well. Are you prone to gyno? You should not get much water retention off of these. Arimidex is not cheap. I am not so sure you need it with these as there will not be a lot of estrogen conversion.

What if I added 50 mg of dbol ed weeks 1-4? Would that be too much?

50mg is a lot!I also do not like two 17 alpha drugs ot once. I take it you do not like shots????

No that isn't it at all. That is all mny last cycles consisted of. Trying to hide it from the fiance. Hard to do and take shots.
