need some advice

wats up everyone. ive been stuck in a 4 month rut of no growth at all. my strength has stayed the same and i cannot seem to lift any hevier. ive been a gym nut for 5 years strait now and i cannot lift as heavy ever since i lost 25lbs 4 months ago. im sick of being shredded and im ready for some serious growth. i purchased the secret of mail order success v2.0 and to be honest with you i have never purchased or done a steriod before and i want to hear from regular guys before i step up and get big, i know all you guys have probobly replied to people like me a million times but can you plese give me some advice on cycles, or anything. thanx guys

Weight BF%
Height
Diet
Pics of your gf (sorry couldnt help myself )

Give use the info it will help withaccurate advice safty first .

research on nutrition. Get a nice diet plan for you. Then research on excercises. Experiment, try, learn about discipline, concentration. Get some supplements like VIGOR and raw MCC to increase strength.
 
of course your strength will go down after losing that much weight. congrats on the progress. u got pix of the transformation?

im 22 y/o, i last wieghed in at a whopping 180lbs today right after my work out. i am currently taking helath and fitness classes so i know how 2 diet and eat right 2 get big problem is the size is not proving anything. i eat 26 grms of protien every 2 hours with a good amount of carbs and another problem is i have bad acid reflux so fatty foods are out of the question. im tryin 2 get a pic on my profile right now of me and sorry no pics of the ex. shes a bitch who broke my heart, 6 year relationship and she leaves (fuckin skanks)

that protein should be up around at least 40grams per meal. every 2 hours is perfect.

what u r doing for pre & post workout food?
 
ill bump up the protien then, um as for pre work out its a muscle milk shake and banana, then work out with about 2 bottles of water and a cell tech right after workout with dinner to follow ussually meat/ potatoes or a nice portion of fish. i also have a bunch of transformation pics i just dont kow how 2 put them up 2 show you. i havnt done a body fat test after my weight loss but i figure im somewere around 5-7% with a guess at it

add about 40g of P to your post work out celltech. I like to get about 75g of carbs post work out. I think that is a serving and a half of cell tech???

You can get great gains still over the next few yrs. Trust me I waited until 30 to juice. Your test and IGF is still sky high for the next few yrs.

If you can wait a few yrs. I think you would be more happy.

You seriously could add 15lbs over the next 2 yrs by listening to the good advice the guys gave you on your diet.

I used to date a girl who had an older brother who used to juice and compete. They told me to wait and grow natrually to my genetic max. Then, hit the juice when I get older. I am so glad I did.

Now, I am the older juicer. I hope I can do the same for you and other youngsters.

Great advice! Yah brotha, try and wait it out for at least another year. Im almost 20 and im determined to at least make it to 23years of age naturally. Diet, train, sleep, supps, and eat like a madman. For someone like you, i would suggest getting mammoth, that will help put on and keep some weight.

Use that high test and IGF you have naturally running through your body!@ It will pay off later.
 
Also if your absolutely hell bent on joosin and rather listen to your homeboys in the gym, at least check out some other options.

For example, the add at the top of the screen, the AGXsports guys or primodial performance products. I hear good things from their line of products, so check it out! All natural products and what not...just my 2 cents.

I've been in a few car accidents and by the looks of your left side so have you - am I right??

Makes it even harder to train for a while.

You defanitlly got something to work with. Stick around ask questions.

You'll find everything that you need, to acheve your goals, here.

But IMO never post face pics,when talking about that thing.

I did and think the same , also cytogainer is a cheep premix with more protein and carbs ,and get your trainer to measure your bf% accuratly so you know for sure, its easyer to track if your diet should have more or less carbs as you grow ,and k for pics .

yes its true i had a horrible motocross accident 2 years ago, i almost lost my left leg from my knee down. not a fun time in my life but the funny thing is the doc. told me i wouldnt walk for 6-12 months and 2 months later i was carying plates around the gym with cane in my hand tryin to set up a bench hahahaha
 
good progess bro, your back is nice and wide....just curious did you have a pre existing gyno problem? just looks like from the angle the nipples are a little puffy.
 
good work man. stay natural for awhile longer the re-evaluate. i have seen some on juice not make those results. hold off it will be worth it.

hahahaha i am so self concious about that,, no i am all natural so far and its been a problem that runs in my family and i cant get rid of it dont ask me why!!!! lol dodnt take it wrong im not mad u said that i just make it a joke now lol :p

when you do decide to gear it, for the love of god make sure you get your PCT sorted out really well, with a pre existing problem you could get some vicious gyno after using.
