Hey guys I was just wondering if you could give me some advice on what and how much to eat.. Okay here are some facts about me.. I dont eat very much, actually I eat less than most people however I tend to carry about 5-10 lbs of body fat. Unless I hardly eat anything and do carido at least 3 times a week 45mins to an hr a session. I tend to have a difficult time being able to gain muscle and get cut at the same time.. I can do one or the other but havent figured out how to do both yet.. My body type is between Mesomorphic and Endomorphic.. I dont carry that much body fat only because i do lots of diet and cardio, but if i dont i gain wieght really easy. However i can get pretty cut its just i lose lots of muscle. In order for me to keep fat off i eat a salald twice a day with 3 hard boiled egg whites, and sometimes two hamburgers without bread, or a small serving of pasta, two protein shakes morning and night and some times some toast of cerel in the morning. However this is often alot less than what my friends eat and I work out more than them and eat less.. I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice onwhat to do and how much to eat??? I know that might be asking alot but like im always trying to figure out what i can and cannot eat and keep slender...
thanx alot

First off, what type of weight training regimen are you following right now?

Ok, the key to gaining muscle and losing bodyfat at the same time is keeping levels of protein intake high and consistant. Also, pick either moderate carb or moderate fat and then try to keep the other macronutrient very low. Try to eat about 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight and eat plenty of fibrous veggies. Try and supplement with thermogenic and see how that works for you, diet boost and thermicore are good choices. If you are keeping carbs as your moderate macronutrient eat the majorities of them in the morning and post weight training. If you decide to keep fats as your moderate macronutrient make sure they are healthy fats, such as flax, fish, and olive oils. I hope this kind of helps, email me if you have any more questions or if this was unclear....good luck! [email protected]
