Need solution for leg routine

Heres my normal leg routine:
squats 4 sets
stiff legged dead lifts 3 sets
leg curl 3 sets
leg press 3 sets

My problem is that my new gym that I'm working out at(would go to another gym but i don't have the flow) has a horrible legpress machine and does more harm than good:

what would be a good substitue for leg press: lunges, leg extensions........
 
Lunges are a great substitute, but they will incorporate the hams and glutes more. Is there a hack sled?
 
no, this gym is horrible....brand new, lots of space yet they put in mostly cardio and shitty machines:mad:
 
Gonna have to work with what you have then. Keep your squats and SLDLs, and add lunges. I would dump your leg curl (since sldls and lunges should be enough for hams) and substitute extensions.
 
hack squats and front squats would be a good sub that will hit the front of your quads more directly, what about those exercises?
 
If you can't find a good leg press machine to work out with try Hack's or try lunges. But if you can try sprinting, this always gave good growth unless you are really huge then it sometimes inhibits maximal growth.
