I would say look for a pure isolate.
I got the best results from Pro Lab 100% isolate. I had the shittiest flavor because this flavor was getting discountinued and was 50% off - so I can't speak to flavor.
I saw better results with PL than any other. Once stock ran out, I had to switch to Optimum's 100%. My recovery was a little slower it seemed and I wasn't getting very good pumps.
In all fairness, I could been reaching a natural plataeu the same time I switched proteins or I could been overtraining. Although these things didn't seem to be issues at the time.
