Need Prayers And Support Plz!!!!

My grandpa, a great man, is dying of cancer. It was in remission (or so we thought) but he got terribly sick the other day and we found out the cancer spread to his prostate. The doctors told us he most likely will not come home this time. I love my grandpa to death and if he dies this will be very hard..

Remember not to dwell on the fact that hes dying, but to make his last days here with you guys memorable and let him know how you guys feel about him...

Its hard to let go man I know, but you have to remember its not any easier for the person thats sick..
