need opinions...

I am starting to play around with food.
I cooked something very different last night and want your opinion on this..so please feel free to say anything...
I am going to list the ingredients..

3 chicken breast(skinless+boneless)
1 tbsp tomatoe paste
1 medium onion
1/2 cup brown rice(dry-uncooked)
1 cup baby carrots
salt pepper to taste

Just cooked all this thing together..mmmmm
It make 4 servings....I am just eating 1 serving for lunch at a time..
Boyfried eat 2 servings last night...so I am left with only 2 servings for myself..
OK..here is the question..... what do you think about this meal...I am trying to loose BF and also I am tapering??
I need your feedbacks...

Hey, spat, you're a freak now, but then again, I always suspected............. :alien:

That sounds great! I agree on the tomato paste thing - I just can't take sugar in things anymore, it just doesn't taste good to me. Maybe try crushing fresh tomato?

But this is not going to do any damage to my "clean eating"?? is this ok?? that is my question.....

I am doing good...sometimes in the weekends I just go out to dinner with the family and just eat a regular restaurant meal......that is fine with me.
In terms of progress I am doing fine...(maintaining..have not lost any weight nor gain) wouls like to loose some BF before wedding.....would like to look good in the dress.. :D..HAve been doing less weight trainning....NOT because I do not want to, but because been very very busy...
Going to gym today to do legs as heavy as I can...
