J Judo Tom Plat Hero Platinum Jun 21, 2012 #19 i dont think more drugs are the answer.. im willing to bet the problem is in the kitchen or in the weight room. are you getting 200 grams or more of protein in a day? consistently from good food sources? what is your routine? def stop the deca. throw the nolva out because if you use it after deca you are gonna have issues. id stop now and do pct and learn to eat and train better. then jump on a cycle once that is all squared away.
