need opinions on extending cycle !

So this is my first cycle and I'm into my 8th week of test c and deca 200mg. I had dbol first 2 weeks to kick start, 20mg/day. I've been doing 200mg/week of test c and deca till now and was only planning to do 10 week course but Im seeing that my gains aren't what I expected so here I am... asking you guys for some feedback.

Can I extend my cycle consisting only of test e or test c for another, lets say extra 3-4 weeks and up the mg to around 450-500mg?

I'm 22, 79kg, 180cm. Not sure about my bf% but Im taking a guess around 15-18%, I train 5-6 days a week and my diet is mainly protein and high carbs intake as I'm trying to put on mass.

I have gained about 9kg naturally... My goal is to hit 90kg before i start to cut.

You work in kg ... where are you from? Are you pinning both Test and Deca at 200mg ... as in 200mg of each, or 200mg combined? The test dosage is very low ... the deca is about right ... still too low, though this is your first cycle and I don't know who advised you to take Deca? To answer your question ... yeah, sure ... in fact, you should never end your test and deca simultaneously ... your test needs to be run for 2-4 weeks after you stopped pinning deca, but I would suggest a dosage of no higher than 350mg/wk right now for you. Remember ... safety first. There is no point in banging your receptors from the get go and then ending up in a position where you need to pin absurd amounts to get a gain. Slowly build up until you get there.

Then ... you haven't mentioned anything about AI, on cycle support, PCT ... anti-estrogen ... do you have any of that in place, because even though your dosages are low ... you'll still be shut down without a shadow of a doubt?
 
bascially everything you have done on this cycle has been underdosed... your dbol was underdosed and too short to be ran for only two weeks... your test dosage is also extremely low... its time to drop the deca and move up to 500 mg of test... i agree with rick though, why would you want to be adding to your already high body fat with deca? i would definitely extend to at least 12 weeks... drop the deca now as well... what are you running for an AI? did you run anything for prolactin with deca? are you running hcg or hcgenerate? whats your pct??
 
Cheers for the advice guys, I will extend my cycle to 12-13 weeks starting 500mg this weekend. My PCT will consist of either 20mg of nolvadex for 4 weeks or 0.5mg of arimidex for 4 weeks. I also have Clomid but I don't know what measurement is needed for that?

run clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5 also run the unleashed/post cycle combo and forma stanzol...

Yea bro your shit is really low! I run my dbol five weeks because that's right were I like it. Four is perfect for most people. But two weeks? That's not going to jump start you.

Yeah it's my first cycle, I guess everyone makes mistakes some where in their life and this is mine. I'll know better for next time.

i dont think more drugs are the answer.. im willing to bet the problem is in the kitchen or in the weight room.

are you getting 200 grams or more of protein in a day? consistently from good food sources?

what is your routine?

def stop the deca. throw the nolva out because if you use it after deca you are gonna have issues.

id stop now and do pct and learn to eat and train better. then jump on a cycle once that is all squared away.
