Need Motivation!

Guys I need some motivation to get back in the gym. I am in terrible shape. I found out this past April that I was suffering from OCD, BipolarII,. It has been a rough year, but now I am mentally stable was again. My issue is that prozac and depakote seem to make me a bit of an unmotivated person. Although it's still better then not taking my meds, and living through another manic nightmare. I was 170 8%, until I broke down so to speak, and know I am 190lbs 18%. I know the important part of this, is that I am healthy, but I want to start lifting and feeling good again. Anyone have any advice. tired in massachusetts. jay
Depakote is hard on the liver so I can't juice. Are there any other things that you all might suggest? I can't take clen or ephedrine or caffeine. It sucks! How about GH? No roid rage or mood changes, right?

You don't need or should you rely on gear to train! Eat right, get quality sleep, and train.

Not at all necessary but after you get back into shape try a cycle of creatine.

Basically, get off your ass and train bro! Good luck and post an update on ocasion. Keeping a log also helps.
