Need Motivation (WTF)

I haven't worked out for the last two weeks or so. Well about 3 times. I was on a roll for about 6 months of bulking, cycling and so on. Then after finishing my PH cycle, I lost a lot of motivation to go to the gym and continue my diet. I want to know why this happened to me? Or what do you guys do in this type of situation? I can't seem to get my ass back to the gym as usual. IT seems like my body is asking for a break. I was alright with it for the first week, but then 2 weeks, and now more? I'm getting worried. I don't even drink my vitamins and all that stuff. I am dissapointed with myself.

Here is what I do for motivation....... look at myself in the mirror, see how good im looking from the hard work at the gym !!! then go to my local beach and see all the out of shape (normal) people...... think to myself how i never want to be like that !!! and that gets me in the right mindframe to hit the gym !!!

And if that does not work I watch rocky III with Mr T !!! HAHAHA

or watch blood and guts with dorian yates !!!

hope that helps....

Didn't answer my question about pct, so I'm assuming you ran it. For motivation, I watch a few minutes of Pumping Iron ... never fails!

Booey, sorry. I am currently running the PCT. Thanks for the advice guys. I am trying to begin my diet today on Monday. So far so good. I think if I can pull through a week with my diet I can continue on for as long as I want. I just hope I can pull through!

Of course you're gonna lose a little motivation after a cycle. It's tough cuz it seems like you're moving backwards...but just do what you can to keep what you gained. That's another reason I like periodization, you can adjust your workouts to the situation. And it also keeps things new and interesting.

couple questions...

are you getting enough sleep?

are you drinking alcohol at all and/or doing any recreational drugs?

I'm guessing overtraining...while "on" you can train like a mother fucker...but when you come off, you gotta slow down...and alot of people don't realize this and get discouraged...or they just ignore it and try to train the same way anyways. Either way...it's gonna lead to overtraining.
