Need more sleep on cycle?

Alright guys just wondering if anyone else feels way more tired on cycle. Are you supposed to get more sleep on cycle?

Nothing has been different with my daily routine or workout schedule. Just tired as shit. I thought I would be getting more energy... Btw my cycle is test prop and beast

if you want to feel best you need to go into cycle in top shape with your heart health. run support supps. and most of all don't put on a bunch of water or weight.. a good cycle should net you a few pounds of muscle mass. you hear of guys who put on 30 pounds of fat and muscle and bragging about it to their friends. thats called being extremely below your genetic potential

if you put on a lot of weight fast obviously its gonna effect your blood pressure and heart health
 
I'm in the same boat bro. I'm on test e at 500mg/wk and feel exhausted all the time. I have a 4 month old baby so it's kinda hard to get a full nights sleep but damn. I can hardly get myself to the weightroom and my workout intensity sucks ass
 
Lethargy is something that many have to deal with on cycle. Its worse for some compounds than others, and can affect people differently. There are things you can do to help it, and sleep is one of them. Also you want to make sure you have a good diet for a cycle and are getting enough water.

Support supplements like N2guard will help, and pre workouts and other stimulants help a lot too, but you also need to make sure your BP isn't high before taking any stims.
 
Thanks for the help guys. I am taking support supps and adex. My deity is in check. Lots water thru the day. I guess I haven't got my blood pressure checked in 3 weeks...I could possibly be over training, I work construction really physical thru the day and workout 4 days a week. I guess I will try more sleep??

More sleep is always a good idea. 8 solid(Deep REM)hours would be great.
 
Ehh...i used to think sleep was the most important thing next to training and nutrition. Now, not so much. When my hormones are poppin', sleep don't mean so much. When u literally feel like a beast...u will grow like a fUkin wildebeest! I work 12-14 hrs a day, eat like a hog, and train like a manimal! Fuck sleep, eating clean and and babying your routine. It's all about your hormones and genetics. That may sound harsh but it's true. Eat a fuckton of meat and dairy, train insane and learn what kind of training works best for u...ie...# of reps and sets. That is where u will find your niche! Even Arnold says that 6 hrs sleep is sufficient.
