I'm on week 3 now of my Winny/Clen cycle, I have been doing alot of cardio and been barely lifting, I'm going back to lifting serious tonight, should I hit the weights like a nut, meaning heavy hard ass workouts or go lite weight-high reps. i'm trying to get as ripped as possible, i don't need the mass, just want to lose the fat, people can already notice the fat lose, but i do want my muscles to be full, appreciate any help, i'm not a newbie to the lifting scene, just a newbie to injectables, thanx fella's

Working out is not the only thing that makes you big...diet has the biggesnt influence.

Why take gear if you are not going to lift weights?

more muscle = more calories burnt on a dialy basis. If your trying to get lean lifting is a must if you ask me. Lost muscle mass means a loss in ability to burn fat. Having siad that, I wouldnt lift weights if I wasnt lifting to build muscle so I would do 5-12 rep range and lift like you mean it.

Im continually amazed at people who stop lifting to get cut. You lose muscle mass and hence weight, but the majority of the weight is in muscle so your not getting ripped, your actually looking less ripped due to muscle loss.

keep up the cardio, sounds good. as far as working out roll with 10-15 reps, youll continue to get cut and your strength should remain while staying full...dont go balls to the wall, keep real strict movements/form and youll know when your muscles have had it...pay close attention to diet and sleep and you should be great, good luck and keep us posted

my diet is perfect, and i have been lifting a little in the last 2 weeks, but i was concentrating more on the cardio...this is why i'm asking about the lifting, just go crazy, or go lite and just rep out the cardio???

You are obviously on restricted calories, so go a little lighter on the weight (not too much) and stick with the 10-12 rep range.

Stick with AM cardio on an empty stomach and continue to lift, keeping muscle mass is important if you want to continue to burn fat as well as look good once the fat is gone. Stick with normal muscle building rep range and work out like you normally would.....at least thats what id do.

thanx guys, i'm pretty excited about this...i have been taking my pic weekly to gauge my progress, i can't wait to see the end result...i'll keep u posted!!!

i think some of u guys are missing the point, i didn't say i stopped lifting totally these past 2 weeks, i said i've barely been lifting, meaning a real quick light work out and then doing a lot of cardio, anyone from the nite crew have some insite?

i gotta hand it to you guys, some of the shit you guys say is hilarious, especially berating MuscularWarrier about the grapefruit juice, that kid has serious issues, but in all seriousness, i'm just looking to get ripped, don't need the mass...already have it!!!
