Need Info on Diet and Gear Usage

Hey Guys I am doing a show here at the beginning of May and have started to diet and have began my cardio. My diet has been extremely clean, but since Ive added the drugs I have become more bloated looking and can't lose any weight. I was wonderng if my diet or drug usage should be changed at all. I am also doing a half hour 4.0 walk on treadmill per day. Here it is. Thanks for the help.

Diet:
Meal 1: 4 egg whites and two whole Eggs, .5 cups oatmeal, 2 pieces fat free cheese

Meal 2: can h2o tuna, 28 gms of carbs from brown rice

Meal 3: 2 chicken breasts, 28 gms of carbs from brown rice

Meal 4: .8 ounces of ultra lean hamburger, whole wheat bread (22 carbs), 2 pieces fat free cheese

meal 5: can h2o tuna, 28 gms of carbs from brown rice

meal 6: 4 egg whites and 2 whole egg, .5 cups oatmeal, 2 pieces fat free cheese

meal 7: can h20 tuna, 28 carbs from brown rice

Total= 283 gms protein, 198 gms carbs, 50 gms fat (2374 cal)

Gear:

Omnadren 250 mg/week
Suspension 500 mg/week
IP winstrol 700mg/week
IP D-Bol 350 mg/week

Note: Looking to Drop the Sus soon and add another 250 of Omnadren
 
wee need to know what you weigh right now ...if you weigh 250 then you are at a good calorie level ...if you weigh 160 then you might want to cut it down another 3-400 a day ...also if you aren't losing try cycling your calorie count at random say 2000 one day 2400 the next 19oo the next back to 2400????it has been known to work
BTW your diet loks very boring ...add some variety to it ofr you will stop out of boredom

Yeah, that one slice of bread is making hold all that water.

It's an excellent diet. The carbs at 200g will not really bloat you. Sodium intake is a little high but nothing drastic.

It's definetely the drugs. You should be using arimidex at .5mg-1mg ED.
 
Thanks for the Info My weight right now is holding at around 238. I am also at around 10% bodyfat. I have never really tried to cycle my calories before and I was wondering if it really works well and how do you go about doing it?

From my experience, it's worth doing only if you stop losing bodyfat at around the 8 week mark. It's very hard and should only be used if needed.
