need help

Thanks for the help. The yoga is mostly light stretching and push-ups
My time for a 5k is around 21min. I have started running a mile and a half and then walking the rest I average around 6 1/2 minute mile
But I only do that two days a week should I stop running altogether? Then maybe just stretch in mornings and evenings

you need to decide whether you want to be a runner or bodybuilder you can't have both.

^^^ THIS.

sounds like you want to be a yoga guy, runner, and bodybuilder all in 1. that is fine but just don't expect to have your body say thank you to that kind of pounding you are giving it. your body being sore is telling you enough is enough. the fact alone you run a 21 minute 5K tells me you are spending too much time running, that is a very good time for a guy your size. you won't win any races but its still a very strong time.. most people would love to run it in 21 minutes.

Hey is there any stuff I can take that will not hit me up on a piss test. I'm 230 6'1 I have not taken anything before. It's been 7 years I got hurt and I'm mid 34. I just can't build like I use to.

Okay NO MORE RUNNING. I have started a new diet around 6500 calories and 240g of pro a day. I work out 6 days a week 45min, with the new diet i am losing weight not much 2 lbs I think just fat. but i have been only doing it a week... Once i get my diet right i will come back with more questions.
