Need help

I was thinking to do a cycle to shape up more and get extra strength.

I need to lose fat. gain lean weight. but I want to avoid the bloated look. I think I need steroids maybe a short cycle to gain strength and lose the fat

^^^ yeah you can do that just by fixing your splits.. i don't like the way you work out 3X per week and doing 2 muscle groups in the same workout.

lift hard and heavy. and set up training splits. and up your workouts to 5-6X per week. you will easily gain strength that way

steroids aren't magic pills.. you need to do a lot more research into what steroids do.
 
I'd take a week or two off, just do cardio.. In that time do some research on good routines and start the split when after your second week nice and fresh. And do research on diet.. You will gain strength and lose some weight.,
