I need help with my first cycle ever
I am 33
183 lb
5 feet 10
I'm already bald so I'm not crazy about hair loss but I'm woried about other side effects like acne and bp
I dont want the huge look too
I researched a lot but can't really tailor a cycle.
Should I go for anavar? Or stick to testetsterone/danabol
Can someone help me plan a cycle. I work out 3-4 times a week

Welcome how long have you been training for?? Curious about your diet At 185, i sat natty at 210 reasonably lean with good protien and workouts everyone assumed i was using . Post that up and more will chime in to help you out! What kind of workout program?

You dont get huge from steroids, you get huge from proper diet, proper exercise and steroids and is sure as hell wont happen overnight.

If you dont PM Radar and want some advice your going to have to share some more details including your specific goals. AAS is just a small piece of the puzzle.
 
I work out 3-4 times a week I train 2 sets. of muscles everytime like chest and biceps (I'm not good with the abbreviations yet)

my diet is as follows
Breakfast usually eggs/beans or smoked turkey sandwich

lunch usually meat or chcken or fsh with some veggies and rice

Dinner is the same as breakfast or just cheese sandwich

After my training I do a protein shake

What are your goals? What are you trying to accomplish?
 
You will have to clean up your diet a bit... And your training a bit. But only if you fix yiur diet. Because if your diet isn't on top than you won't grow or recover like you should..
 
I can't figure out your goals either. people take AAS to get bigger and stronger.

you say you don't want to get big, and you work out like circuit training with 2 muscle groups a day. sounds like you want to tone up. I would say you don't need AAS to reach your goals.
 
So do I need more protein? any advise on steroids?

Well can you state what you are trying to accomplish?? Are you trying to stay the same weight but just lose some fat? Get bigger? Stronger? Gain lean weight? Why do you wanna take steroids? Why do you feel you need steroids?
