I'm new here but not to the world of working out. I have been in the gym 4-5 days a week for the past 5 years. I'm 46 years old and have seemed to hit a dead end when it comes to muscle building. I need more muscle growth, I'm 6'0" 186 lbs about 13- 14 percent bodyfat. I do a push and pull routine. I guess my question is I want abs and bigger muscles. I do not take any kind of supplements????? I'm I just too old?????
