Hello,
I am new to the forums
I am looking to lose body fat.
I am 6 foot 230 pounds.
I would say i am about 40 pounds overwight (fat).
I am looking to take hgh and test.
but i am not sure if that is what i should take to lose wight.
I have been hitting the gym everday.
I also have been trying to eat a lot less and mostley meat and salad.
Any suggestion will help.

Oh Oh! Here it comes! The "diet is key" comments. Unfortunately it is! HGH & Test will help a little but you need to get your diet in key and cardio lots! Multivitamin, itamin B6 & 12, zinc, magnesium, flaxseed oil potassium etc. Whatever your multivitamin covers leave out.

Why did you write that in verse form?
Is that a poem?
You need to work on a diet.
You need more cardio.
Steroids are not used to burn fat.
Hgh is too expensive, when all you need to do is diet and cardio.
Don't ask where to buy gear, you will be bombarded with scammers.
You have a lot to learn.
 
Yep Diet is everything. eat right and clean and cardio like crazy.
I hated when people told me that but now that I have excepted it, I have cut the most fat off that stays off. And it just keeps coming off. Facts of the body. ;) Good luck
 
Diet+Cardio+Weight lifting= Losing fat.
You know nothing about gear so don't bother with that.
Eating lot less and mostly meat and salad will help lose WEIGHT(muscle+fat).
You need a good diet to lose FAT not muscle.
You need to do a lot more research.
According to you, you're ~17%BF. Is that a guess or you know for sure?

AS dont make you loose fat. get on a correct diet and do cadio. Also DO NOT as for a source.

No that is just how much overweight he feels he is 40lbs overweight not 40 pounds of fat total.

What kind of diet should i be on?
Atkins?
Also if i was taking hgh and test wouldn't that turn alot of my body fat in to muscle with going to the gym and eating right?
 
Turn fat into muscle? WTF are you talking about bro? You can't turn fat into muscle.
No, not atkins diet. Do a search, there are plenty of diets on the board.
