whats up im new to gear im wondering what is the best cycle n gear for me to start with being 20 years old 6'2 170 lbs looken to gain 20 -30 lbs thanks for the help
 
You're tall and you're skinny, you already know that. You probably dont care and just want to gain weight no matter what (same with my bro). Just do a regular Testosterone cycle... 500mg omnadren or 400mg test enanthate per week and you'll gain 20lbs if you workout hard and eat enough food. My bro gained 20lbs doing minimum ( going from 150 to 172), after months of being lazy I believe he's down to probly 160. I'm not gonna burn you like everyone else here will, if you're gonna do it anyways I'd rather give you good advice and keep you safe. Do a cycle, if you're committed, and dont cut it shorter than 10 weeks. Some guys I've recommended for the first time threw their shit away lol , like I did my first gear cycle, I was just afraid of people bullshitting about "bullshit unproven side effects".
 
and u think that i will loose that skinny look cuz thats what im tryen to do i wanna gain weight as quickly an easy as possible, thing is i know the gear will keep me even more commited to the gym.

I was 5'10 and 174lbs before I messed with gear; that was with working out. If I didnt workout I'd be at 145-150lbs my natural weight. I'm now at 230lbs, not fat.

Gaining muscle is up to you; you gotta eat more calories; make it pizza, donuts, proteins, etc. If it's your first cycle, you can gain 20lbs just from protein shakes alone, along with regular food consumtion ( it cant be minimal); just try and not overtrain yourself; do one muscle group per week (12-15 sets) or better yet, (6sets, heavy, 2 times per week) whatever you're used to. The more muscle you have, the more fat and calories you will burn.

You should be committed to the gym, not the gear. Say you start juicing tomorrow and you're real focused because you don't want to waste your first cycle. What will you do 3 months later when there's no gear involved? Get lazy and lose all of your gains?? Perhaps. You say you're 170 right now, so you should set a temporary goal to not touch gear until you hit 180. In the mean time, go to fitday.com and start tracking your daily food intake. See where you're at after a few days. Once you see how much you are eating, up your food intake 1000 calories a day and see what happens. It's a lot of work at first, but you might be surprised and motivated by the gains. If you're eating enough, you should hit 180 rather quick. Once there, try to make 190 before hitting the juice. Also start fine tuning your diet. Your body will let you know what's going on. Lots of bros here are experts on different diets to achieve different results. When you hit 190, you just gained what you would have on gear without it. You also learned how to eat right for your body and have built a better foundation of muscle and knowledge. Now if you hit the sauce, you can go to 210. (a much better weight than 190) Most likely, at 190, you'll still have room to grow natty so I'd still hold off till at least 200.
 
test e is good for a start.why u gettin bombed?not reading before posting probably.anyway goodluck
 
10 or 12 weeks test e 500mg/wk
dbol at 30mg/day for first 4 weeks. you could also add some dbol the last 3 wks. it works much better with the test in full effect. try this

wk 1-12 test e 500mg/wk
wk 1-4 dbol 30mg/day
wk 10-12 dbol 30mg/day (optionial)
then pct with hcg, nolva, and clomid.
 
my buddy is about to run his first

5'9'', 185 very solid, around 9% bf, very nice abs

he is going to run 600mg/wk of Test Eth. for 10 weeks with a jumpstart of 4 weeks of Dbol at 25mg/day...............what you guys think of this???????


he has been working out for about 3 years hard and is 21yrs. old.......he wants to put on a lot of strength and as much LEAN muscle as possible......doesn't want to lose his abs.............

Have him run some Adex to keep water off if he wishes to keep his abs , plus he need to drink a ton of water the body retains water if i doesn't get enough.
also i cannot stress this enough is diet!

How long have you been training? i mean really hitting it not just puttin around in the gym.
