whats up im new to gear im wondering what is the best cycle n gear for me to start with being 20 years old 6'2 170 lbs looken to gain 20 -30 lbs thanks for the help
I was 5'10 and 174lbs before I messed with gear; that was with working out. If I didnt workout I'd be at 145-150lbs my natural weight. You should be committed to the gym, not the gear. Say you start juicing tomorrow and you're real focused because you don't want to waste your first cycle. What will you do 3 months later when there's no gear involved? Get lazy and lose all of your gains?? Perhaps. You say you're 170 right now, so you should set a temporary goal to not touch gear until you hit 180. In the mean time, go to fitday.com and start tracking your daily food intake. See where you're at after a few days. Once you see how much you are eating, up your food intake 1000 calories a day and see what happens. It's a lot of work at first, but you might be surprised and motivated by the gains. If you're eating enough, you should hit 180 rather quick. Once there, try to make 190 before hitting the juice. Also start fine tuning your diet. Your body will let you know what's going on. Lots of bros here are experts on different diets to achieve different results. When you hit 190, you just gained what you would have on gear without it. You also learned how to eat right for your body and have built a better foundation of muscle and knowledge. Now if you hit the sauce, you can go to 210. he has been working out for about 3 years hard and is 21yrs. old.......he wants to put on a lot of strength and as much LEAN muscle as possible......doesn't want to lose his abs.............
