For protien I eat 3 - 4 chicken breasts per day. Morning I have a small carton of simply egg whites (about 5 eggs). 2 - 3 protien drinks with very low carbs per day. 2 - 3 cans of tuna per day and a few low carb protien bars per day as well. I keep my carb and fat intake relatively low. I take a multi-vitamin and EFA's.
If I have a few beers on a weekend, that's pushing it.....I don't drink that often.
